In his career as a journalist, Ian Phillips has interviewed the likes of Yves Saint Laurent, Balthus, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Yehudi Menuhin. The Paris-based wordsmith is also the author of four books on interiors for Taschen. Outside of work, he is a keen traveller and horse-racing enthusiast.
