What’s in a picture? A lot, if you ask Alexander Melchers, managing director of Lumas Gallery, which has a portfolio of 1,800 pieces by over 200 artists. Housing a wide range of photographic works in an array of styles, sizes and edition runs, Lumas Gallery is a place for serious and novice art collectors alike. Design lovers gathered at the Paragon boutique where they admired blue-chip names such as Takashi Murakami and Damien Hirst to younger, up-and-coming artists.
