After four long years of battling it out in court, Modern Family star Sofia Vergara has emerged triumphant against her ex Nick Loeb over the custody rights to frozen pre-embryos the former couple created while they were still together. An LA court has banned Nick, 45, from bringing the embryos to term without Sofia’s “explicit written consent”.
