As I write this letter to you days before Christmas, like so many others I’m ready to put my feet up. By the time you’re reading this, however, it’ll finally be time to celebrate – and get some rest! Angelina Jolie is being accused of ripping off a movie idea from the deaf woman she once employed to teach her children sign language. FRUIT CAKE CREAM PARFAITS SERVES 6 PREP 20 MINS 250g mascarpone cheese ¼ cup whisky 1 tbsp icing sugar ½ cup thickened cream, whipped 300g leftover fruit cake, crumbled 1 Combine mascarpone, 2 tbsp of the whisky and sifted icing sugar in a large bowl.
