BOURBON & COLA PORK RIBS SERVES 4 PREP + COOK 2 HOURS + REFRIGERATION • 1 cup bourbon whiskey • 3 cups cola • 1 cup tomato sauce • 2 tsp Mexican chilli powder •1/3 cup smoky barbecue sauce • 2kg American-style pork ribs 1 Combine bourbon, cola, tomato sauce, chilli powder and barbecue sauce in a large shallow bowl. Add ribs to coat. Cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate overnight. 2 Preheat a covered barbecue with all burners on low and hood closed until temperature reaches 180°C. 3 Drain ribs, reserve marinade.
