After a rocky few months, Heather Locklear is back in rehab. The 57-year-old actress faced a California court after she was arrested twice last year. The Melrose Place star pleaded no contest to five counts of battery on a peace officer, one count of battery on emergency personnel and two counts of resisting or obstructing police. She was admitted to a residential mental health treatment facility for 30 days in lieu of jail time.
