My little boy Archie threw down a challenge and a half recently during one of our repeated conversations about what birthday cake he’ll be having next. My mission is to make him a Wiggles/Minions/dinosaur cake with a number 10 on top (he’s not turning 10, only four in fact, and not until next June – but that didn’t change the sense of urgency!). I’m thinking I’ll have to call in the big guns for that – the super-talented food team here in the Woman’s Day test kitchen!
