Over the years I’ve punished my team, and you poor readers, with the intensely boring details of whatever diet I’ve been on each week. I’ve gone from low carb to no carb, fat-free to gluten-free, juice to soup and earlier this year a 10-day starvation diet (Do. Not. Do. It!).
