Air-Fryer Chicken Parmesan This chicken Parmesan recipe is quick, simple and oh, so tasty.—Taste of Home Test Kitchen Takes: 20 min. • Makes: 4 servings 2 large eggs½ cup seasoned bread crumbs⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese¼ tsp. pepper4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 oz. each)1 cup pasta sauce1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Optional: Chopped fresh basil and hot cooked pasta 1. Add 1 green plantain, peeled and cut into 1-in. slices, and 1 yellow plantain, peeled and cut into ½-in. slices; cook until lightly browned, 30-60 seconds.
