Although that is much easier said than done at times, there is plenty to be thankful for in the way of family, friends, and favorite hobbies. Recently, we had the pleasure of meeting James Stewart of Salisbury, North Carolina, who shared a story with us that was as heartbreaking as it was inspiring.
