As we wave goodbye to 2021, a year that had so much hope heaped on it, I doubt I’m the only one who is looking back on the past two years as those that have provided plenty of turbulent times. And as I write this, there’s still a lot of uncertainty ahead, but during it all, I’ve found a great sense of comfort through exercise. Whether running, weight training, cycling or hiking, getting a sweat on always quietens the anxious chatter in my mind and leaves me feeling positively great.
