Berry chia pudding: Mix together ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, ¼ cup coconut milk, ½ cup frozen berries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp coconut and ½ grated apple. Leave overnight; top with berries of your choice to serve
