My job…
I’m head chef for a contract caterer called The Good Eating Company, which is based in Oxford Street, London. My contract at the moment is Sports Direct’s head office where I feed all the staff. They have breakfast, lunch and evening food.
I’m in charge of the staff and their training, creating the menus and ordering the food. There are three members of staff out the front and then myself and an assistant in the kitchen, which is tiny, like a broom cupboard.
