BAKED SPUDS WITH VIENNAS AND CHEESE SERVES 4 Preparation: 10 min Cooking: 45 min 4 large potatoes oil and salt 1 small onion, chopped 5 ml (1 teaspoon) crushed garlic 4 Rainbow Simply Chicken Viennas, chopped 250 ml (1 cup) grated Cheddar cheese 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream Preheat the oven to 200 °C. 1 Rub the potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt.
