THE most inspirational story I’ve read in a long time is the one on Shonda Rhimes (page 108), creator of hit TV series Grey’s Anatomy. She reveals her insecurities in the most honest and open way, and it’s one of those articles that has you thinking, “Seriously?” Shonda has every reason to be confident and on top of things because she’s so clever and famous, not to mention rich! But she was anything but confident – until one comment from her sister set her on the most amazing journey to finally accept herself, do things that challenge her and face the reality of why she carries so much extra weight.
