BEETROOT and GOAT CHEESE GNOCCHI SERVES 4 / PREPARATION: 15 MIN / COOKING: 10 MIN ◗ 500g fresh potato gnocchi◗ 100g butter◗ 2 onions, finely chopped◗ 6 garlic cloves, sliced◗ 10ml (2t) small capers◗ 450g beetroot, chopped◗ 150g baby salad leaves with◗ beetroot mix◗ 150g goat cheese◗ dill sprigs and lemon cheeks to serve 1 Cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions.
