Kate’s brother-in-law launches entertainment venue
THE Middletons are venturing into the entertainment business again after Carole Middleton’s party supplies business, Party Pieces, went bust last year.
This time it’s Carole’s son-in-law, James Matthews, who’s opened a venue for parties, events and pilates near Bucklebury Manor, the Middleton family home.
The hedge-fund billionaire, who’s married to Pippa Middleton, bought Bucklebury Farm Park in 2022 for £1,5million (R34,5m).
When Kate’s eldest son, Prince George, was younger, the petting zoo on the property was one of his favourite places, and grandmother Carole would often take him on outings to visit the animals.
The sprawling Berkshire property, which is home to a deer park, café and children’s play area, and also has glamping pods, has been undergoing extensive renovations.
