Greek PITTA TOASTIES with MEATBALLS and MINT

MEATBALLS
500g lean beef mince1 onion, grated2 garlic cloves, chopped60ml (¼c) oats1 egg, beaten leaves of 1 sprig of fresh mint, choppedsalt and freshly ground pepper grated zest of1 lemonoil, for shallow-frying

butter, for spreading4 pitta breads,sliced open1 red onion, sliced30ml (2T) freshoregano, chopped4 garlic cloves,chopped1 round feta, crumbled100g mozzarella, grated12 cherry tomatoes, halved
12 pitted olives, chopped
Prepare a braai fire with enough coals for braaiing. Keep a stand and foldover braai grid handy.
