A ZOO in China has spoken out after visitors accused them of cutting a lion’s mane. Visitors at Guangzhou Zoo complained that zookeepers had botched Hang Hang the lion’s exotic look when they gave him a haircut – but it turns out the lion was just having a bad hair day because humidity had caused his mane to frizz and shrink. “The hairstyle was purely nature’s magic. By late May, almost three-quarters of formula products nationwide were out of stock at some point, thanks to Covid-19 pandemic-related supply chain problems. Trooping the Colour is held every year on the first weekend of June and marks the official celebration of the queen’s birthday, which is on 21 April.
