Allow me to share with you the most wonderful incident I experienced at a shopping centre recently. I was standing in the queue paying for my goods when I realised I was about R20 short. I told the lady at the till that I’d quickly run to my car to get the difference. The woman in the queue next to mine overheard our conversation and offered to give me the R20. South Africa doesn’t have many natural forests as most have been chopped down over the years. SA’s largest forested area is in the Garden Route in the Western Cape, stretching for about 180km from George through Knysna to the Humansdorp area.
