DIRTY DISHES If you’re cooking in the oven, line a baking sheet with tin foil – it catches food spills and can be discarded afterwards. Don’t reach for another pot – if you’ve used a pot only to cook veggies, use the same one to make a sauce. Use your microwave more often. It’s great for making sauces.
