BUTTERMILK JELLIES WITH GRANADILLA SERVES 6 Preparation: 15 min Resting: 15 min Setting: 4-6 hours or overnight in the fridge 250ml (1c) hot water 30ml (2T) gelatin 500ml (2c) buttermilk 50ml honey 5ml (1t) vanilla essence TO SERVE 3 granadillas or 60ml (¼c) granadilla pulp extra honey Put a silicone jelly mould with six hollows, six individual moulds or 1 large mould on a baking sheet. 1 Mix the water and gelatin together and stir until dissolved.
