MEXICAN SPICED CHOCOLATE MOUSSE SERVES 6 Preparation: 20 min Chilling: 1 hour MOUSSE 250ml (1c) cream 250ml (1c) plain yoghurt 5ml (1t) vanilla essence 150g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces 5ml (1t) ground cinnamon 1ml (¼t) chilli powder TO COMPLETE 2,5ml (½t) sea salt flakes 2,5ml (½t) dried chilli flakes 1 Mousse Whip the cream into stiff peaks and lightly fold in the yoghurt and vanilla essence. 2 Put the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl or jug and microwave on high for30 seconds.
