In Ayurveda, this season offers an excellent opportunity for transformation and cleansing, both internally and externally. With the right balance of ritucharya (seasonal routines), ceremonial practices inspired by Vastu Shastra, and creative rituals, we can prepare ourselves for the vibrancy of spring while shedding the sluggishness of Kapha dosha, which tends to dominate this time of year.
