The Pride Book Café team pride themselves on being the best place for diverse storytellers. Their imprint Aurelia Leo is an independent, ‘Nebula Awardnominated, and BSFA Awardwinning publishing house for diverse genre fiction: romance, mystery, thriller and suspense, horror, science fiction, and fantasy.’ Currently closed to unsolicited full-length submissions, but the editorial team are always open to submissions for PRIDE Quarterly, a genre fiction magazine for QTBIPOC creators. They also want subs for their anthology: FABLE: An Anthology of Horror, Suspense and the Supernatural. Stories may range from 1,000 words up to novellalength 39,999 words. Submissions should be one of the following genres: ‘horror, mystery, crime, thriller, and/or suspense.’ They like protagonists who are ‘Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, or/and People of Colour (QTBIPOC)’.
