We’re now approaching mid-January and you are STILL, like the woman of iron you are, surgically attached to your New Year’s resolutions. Brrrrilliant! You’re squatting, pushing, pulling, puffing, boxing, walking, hiking, cycling and shaking your gorgeous hips to any tune going (yes, even Rick Astley).
