Ingredients 50ml Oliver Cromwell London Dry Gin Half a cup of white sugar Half a cup of hot water 10-12 blackberries 25ml fresh lemon juice 6 mint leaves Sparkling water to top Method 1 Fill a tall glass and a shaker with ice cubes. 2 To make blackberry syrup, dissolve the sugar in the hot water.
