Alan Carr is currently working every hour God sends. The chatty man is in demand, cracking jokes almost every night until December on a gruelling global comedy tour. In August, he’ll squeeze in filming new BBC1 home renovation series with Amanda Holden, The Italian Job, as well as RuPaul’s Drag Race UK season four. And he has also come back in his shiny blazer reviving classic quizzes with his nine-part series of Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow on ITV. Easy ways to avoid summer FOOD POISONING Food poisoning (gastroenteritis) is the commonest health problem to strike travellers and, as its name suggests, is due to eating or drinking contaminated food or liquids. Narcolepsy is rare, affecting about 30,000 people in the UK, and usually begins in adolescence.
