My go-to remedy
I’m in good health and the only thing I get is the occasional headache, which I treat with paracetamol.
My favourite meal
Breakfast, which I have after a brisk early-morning walk. I love a chat with my wife, Clare, over a cup of tea, and listening to the radio while eating a cheese omelette with homemade sauerkraut (red cabbage, onion and fennel).
How I stay fit and healthy
I try to get up at the same time every day, around 7.30am, which helps with my sleep. I go for a walk with Clare and our dog, Tari, return for a cold shower, then spend a few minutes doing strength exercises like press-ups and squats.
