Like all plant oils (olive, soya), it’s high in vitamin E, which is important for healthy skin. You’ll also find it in nuts and seeds.
Think zinc
It’s important for skin repair, so make sure you have enough of this nutrient. Rich sources include meat, shellfish, bread and dairy foods such as cheese.
