What's your favourite remedy?
Because keeping people moving and active is at the core of everything I do, I find many people with age-related degenerative conditions respond well to fish oils, glucosamine and chondroitin. So, although I try to eat fish twice a week, I still take a supplement as it’s so good for joint health.
What's your favourite meal?
Sea bass or sea bream with local vegetables and crusty bread. My superhero veg is curly kale; delicious, cheap, full of iron, folate, vitamins, manganese and copper. I also love the Mediterranean diet – tomatoes, olives, aubergines and peppers, especially when flavoured with fresh basil.
