In your article ‘Go On, Pick Up A Paintbrush!’ (16 August), you recommend dance as a way of improving wellbeing. My husband and I took part in a 12-week course with the dance charity Akademi this summer, and it was fun, fun and more fun. Because of the way the course was set out, you didn’t realise just how much of a workout you were getting. And you could sit or stand in the classes, so everybody could get involved. I’d thoroughly recommend it to anybody. Our tutor was superb, and the charity representative who came to help out at the sessions was very kind. Full marks all around!
