Walking is such a fantastic, fun and easy way to stay fit, happy and healthy – it’s cheap and available to us all. Q Why do I have brown marks on my toenails? A Several things can discolour toenails, but the most common reason is fungal infections of the nail or nail beds, which isn’t serious, but can be very slow to treat. It sometimes starts at the nail edge, spreading to the middle, making it discoloured, thicker and brittle, with pieces breaking off or the whole nail lifting off. The first signs of shingles include a tingling or painful feeling in an area of skin, a headache or feeling generally unwell. After a few days a rash may appear, usually in a stripe around one side of the chest or abdomen, but it can appear anywhere on your body, including on your face, eyes and genitals. Chocolate mousse Dark chocolate supports your body to generate good-for-your-gut probiotics. SERVES 4 PREP 15 mins, plus chilling ✱ 100g dark chocolate, broken up✱ 4 medium free-range egg whites✱ Cocoa powder and extra grated chocolate, for decorating YOU WILL NEED ✱ 4 small pots 1 Melt the chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water.
