‘My breakdown led to a new business’

As a teacher, I’d spent almost 30 successful years in the classroom, and as part of the leadership team in a lovely school.
However, in 2013, when I took on a head-teacher role, I began to suffer with stress. Despite my best efforts, I was overwhelmed. I developed anxiety and depression, and left the role in 2015.
