BRITTLE OR DULL HAIR
You may not be getting enough of the nutrients that are important for hair growth and condition, such as protein, zinc, B vitamins, iron or essential fats. Foods rich in B vits include pork, poultry, eggs, soya beans, lentils and mushrooms.
SLOW GROWTH
As above, protein is vital. ‘Animal foods are generally our most efficient sources – meat, fish, eggs and dairy foods. Among plant foods, beans and legumes, nuts and seeds are the best sources,’ says Cassandra, who explains that our recommended protein intake is 45g a day.…
