Lancashire Farm Greek Style Yogurt 1kg (Morrisons) MINT CHOC CHIP YOGURT ICE CREAM Simmer 100ml water in a pan with 50g caster sugar over a medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add a small bunch of mint (saving a few leaves) and bring to the boil. Simmer for 2-3 mins, remove the pan from the heat and strain the syrup into a bowl. Beat in 500g custard and 250g Greek yogurt.
