Venison and lentil casserole Serves 4 You will need 2tbsp sunflower oil500g lean venison, cut into large cubes12 small shallots1 garlic clove, crushed300ml red wine300ml beef or veal stock1 bay leaf115g Puy lentils2tbsp chopped fresh parsley How to do it 1 Preheat the oven to 180 ¡ C, Gas 4.
