Buy it Cook it Sausagegnocchi British Pork Sausages, 400g, Tesco Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas 6. Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped red chilli, and handful chopped sage and thyme and cook for 5 mins over a medium heat. Stir in 3 crushed garlic cloves, then add 6 sausages, squeezed out of their skins. Break the sausages into pieces and fry for 10 mins. Cook 200g gnocchi as per pack instructions.
