HOW IT WORKS
• Use the following meal ideas to create a menu based on a daily SmartPoints allowance of 30. SmartPoints is Weight Watchers’ simple counting system, which nudges you towards nutritious, healthier foods. Your personalised daily allowance will alter depending on age, lifestyle, weight and height.
• Include ½ pint of skimmed milk every day (4 SmartPoints values) as it suits, eg, in tea or coffee, with cereal, or as a drink.
• The plan includes a variety of fresh fruit and veg. Eat as much as you like, or switch for frozen fruit and veg you prefer.
• Drink 6-8 glasses of fluid a day. This can include coffee, tea, milk, low-sugar/no- sugar squash, diet drinks and water.
