Sausage pasta melt
SERVES 6 PREP TIME 10 MINS COOKING TIME 35 MINS YOU WILL NEED
450g sausages, try Toulouse 2tbsp olive oil
2 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1½tsp dried mixed Italian herbs
2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes
Pinch chilli flakes
75g pitted black olives, roughly sliced
1tsp sugar
400g penne pasta
Bunch of fresh basil leaves, torn
150g mild Cheddar, grated
125g mozzarella, torn
HOW TO DO IT
