A recent study revealed that we check our smartphones and BlackBerrys an incredible 150 times during a waking day – that’s an average of once every six minutes!

But then, phones aren’t just for talking on any more, are they? No, mobiles are now a camera, calendar, games console, diary, notebook, alarm clock. And with one click they connect us with text, email, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn… the list is endless.
