It’s high time for a change As a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for new ideas, so I was pleased to find the roasted pesto butternut squash recipe in a recent issue. My friends love my cooking and I’ve converted many of them to vegetarianism by proving that veggie food needn’t be dull and bland.
