BERRY CUSTARD CROISSANTS SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 14 MINS • ⅓cup flaked coconut • 2 tbsp pistachios, coarsely chopped • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 190g pkt croissants (4) • ½ cup double thick custard • 250g punnet strawberries • 125g punnet blueberries • icing sugar mixture, for dusting 1 Spray a 20cm non-stick loose-base round cake pan with oil. 2 Spread coconut and pistachios over base of prepared pan.
