Tasty tartlets A sweet treat made with Nutella and fresh raspberries SERVES 6 Put 2 cups plain flour and 1 tsp baking powder into a pile on the pastry board. Add 125g softened butter in pieces in the middle. Mix quickly to make a pile of “crumbs”, then add ½ cup sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 egg, zest of one lemon and a pinch of salt to the crumbs.
