NANCY BROPHY In her 2011 essay titled How To Murder Your Husband, Nancy Brophy wrote that “adultery, greed and family violence” could push someone to kill their spouse. HOISIN CHICKEN PIZZA SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 20 MINS • 1 tbsp olive oil • 375g pkt hoisin chicken kebabs • ⅓ cup hoisin sauce • 2 x 26cm pizza bases • 4 green onions, green and white separated, sliced thinly diagonally • 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved, seeded, sliced thinly • coriander, bean sprouts, toasted sesame seeds, sweet chilli sauce, to serve 1 Preheat oven to 220°C. 2 In a large frying pan, heat oil on medium. Lumache pasta with red onion & sausage Fresh and full of flavour SERVES 4 Warm 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat, then drop tablespoon-sized balls of 4 pork and fennel sausages (casings removed) into the pan and fry until golden on all sides. Remove the meatballs with a slotted spoon.
