I recently watched Celine Dion’s documentary and was brought to tears by the unimaginable pain she has suffered as she battles a cruel and debilitating illness. So to see her take to the stage last week in Paris, in a miracle comeback to doing what she loves, was certainly something. Now a family friend has told us this is just the beginning for Celine and we know her Aussie fans are going to be thrilled (p22). Speaking of the Olympics, it’s hard to pick a favourite moment, but we share some of our highlights on page 6. Bec and Lleyton’s eldest daughter Mia, 18, could be joining her mum stateside soon as a bona fide popstar! “Mia is incredibly creative and has started her own band, Father’s Favourite, with a friend,” says a source of the teen, who was snapped strolling the city with Liquid Zoo singer Vanda Erich recently.
