Creamy tortellini soup Warm up with this comforting dish SERVES 4 Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan. Remove casing from 2 Italian sausages into small meatball size pieces. Cook 2 mins. Add 2 carrots (peeled, quartered and sliced), and 1 litre Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted. Bring to boil. Add 200g fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini.
