Sausage, mustard & basil rigatoni An interesting combo that’s easy to make and full of flavour SERVES 4 Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil. Add 400g rigatoni (medium shells or penne) and cook according to the packet directions until al dente. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
