MANDARIN & SOY BEEF SERVES 4 PREP 10 MINS COOK 5 HOURS • 1.5kg piece topside beef • 4 mandarins, juiced • 1/3 cup soy sauce • 1/3 cup hoisin • 2 tbsp brown sugar • 3 tsp cornflour • ½ tsp white pepper • 3 star anise • 2 cinnamon sticks • 400g fresh thin egg noodles • 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed 1 Put beef in the bowl of a 4.5-litre stow cooker. Honey soy cauli A delightful dish that's sure to satisfy any vegie lover SERVES 4 Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced (220°C conventional).
