MAKES 14 SNOWBALLS Place 1 cup Mayver's Crunchy Peanut Butter, 1 cup roughly chopped peanuts, 1 cup Medjool dates (pitted), 1 cup desiccated coconut, ¼ cup cocoa powder, ½ cup almond meal and a sprinkle of salt in a food processor and blitz until well combined. ROASTED SPROUTS, CANDIED WALNUTS & BACON SERVES 6 PREP 10 MINS COOK 35 MINS • 1kg brussels sprouts, trimmed • 3 rashers rindless bacon, cut into batons • ¾ cup walnuts • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped 1 Preheat oven to 220°C. 2 Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil.
